Andrey Kinyakin is an academic in the field of political science (comparative politics) and international political economy (IPE). He has extensive experience in both academic research and business research with a focus on comparative politics, IPE, integration and regionalism, European studies, Eurasian studies as well as political economy (with special focus on sectoral economic analysis), public affairs and ESG. Throughout his career, Dr. Kinyakin has demonstrated his expertise in lecturing and teaching, holding positions as a Visiting Associate Professor at the University of Potsdam (2017-), Associate Professor of Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (2020-2022), and Associate Professor of Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (2009-2019). He has also taught within the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Actions, with a focus on European studies. Dr. Kinyakin has also played an important role in managing projects within the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Actions. He served as the academic director for the Erasmus+ Jean Monnet Module “Transformation of social and political values: the EU practice” (2016-2019) and has been involved in teaching within two other projects: “Understanding and Teaching the EU to future Mass Communication Specialists” and “Towards a European And Common Healthcare Union: lesson learned from the COVID pandemic (TEACH-EU)”. Overall, Dr. Kinyakin's extensive experience in business research, academic research, lecturing, and project management, as well as his expertise in the field of political science and international political economy, make him a highly qualified and valuable asset in any academic or professional setting.

Mario De Martino is a academic in the field of European studies. He has extensive experience in both business research and academic research, with a focus educational policies of the European Union. Mario De Martino has earned a PhD in Comparative Politics from the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia (RUDN University), a post-graduate master in European Interdisciplinary Studies from the College of Europe (Natolin campus) and a Master degree in International Studies from the University of Siena. He is an assistant professor at the Faculty of Economics of the Peoples’ Friendship University of Russia. His main research interests focus on European studies and education policy. Mario De Martino has extensive experience both in the policy and programmatic dimensions of EU education policies. From 2010 until 2012, worked as a project officer at the Executive Agency for Education and Culture of the European Commission in Brussels (Belgium). In 2012, he worked as a project officer at the International Association of Higher Education Institutions (EURASHE), which is one of the consultative members of the Bologna Follow-Up Group. At RUDN University, Mario De Martino coordinated Erasmus projects. He has worked a project manager and teaching staff in more than 50 Erasmus+ projects (including Erasmus+ KA107, Jean Monnet Actions and Capacity Building in the field of Higher Education).

Pedro dos Santos Portugal Júnior holds a master's degree, PhD and post-doctorate in Economic Development from the Institute of Economics at the State University of Campinas - São Paulo - Brazil. He is a specialist in Business Management and Bachelor in Economics. He started his teaching career at Faculdade Cenecista de Varginha (Economy Department) and is currently a professor at the Centro Universitário do Sul de Minas (UNIS-MG) and guest professor at Centro Universitário Integrado. Coordinator of the Research Department at UNIS-MG and permanent professor in the Master's Degree Program in Management and Regional Development (PPGDR - UNIS/MG). Leader of the Research Group in Management and Regional Economic Development (GPGDER). Member of the Group for Advanced Studies in Organizational Ambidestria (GEAMO). Member of the Study Group on Regional Development and Industrial and Construction Waste (GEDRRIC) and also the Research Group on Distance and Hybrid Education (GPEDH). Member of the Business Council of Southern Minas and of the Economic Studies Group of Southern Minas Gerais. Coordinator of inflation measurement projects in cities of Southern Minas Gerais and of Diagnosis of the socioeconomic development of the Microregion of Varginha - MG - Brazil. Has experience in Economics, working mainly in the following areas: macroeconomics, microeconomics, economic development, regional development, environmental economics, economic engineering and finance.

Reyna Virginia Barragán-Quintero received the bachelor´s degree in business administration and the master´s degree in corporate finance from CETYS Universidad, Tijuana, México, and the Ph.D. degree in management science from Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, Tijuana, in 2017, with a dissertation on the innovation capabilities of the wine industry in Guadalupe Valley, México. She worked in the private industry for more than 20 years, and has held management positions in global companies, such as HSBC Bank and Scotia Bank Mexico. During her practice, she was certified on Ethics for Financial Markets, as an Investment Markets Promoter, and as a Stock Broker by the Mexican Association of Stock Market Intermediaries. She is also certified in Human Resource Development and Foreign Trade for IMMEX Companies. She is currently the MBA coordinator with the School of Engineering, Management and Social Sciences, Universidad Autónoma de Baja California, and a Professor in the fields of business strategy, finance, and management. Her research interests include finance, innovation for regional development, innovation management, strategic management, and people and organizations.

Rodrigo Franklin Frogeri received a Ph.D. in Information Systems and Knowledge Management from FUMEC University, Brazil (2019). He is a master’s in administration (2014), a specialist in Information Technology Management (2011), a specialist in Higher Education Teaching (2005), and a specialist in Computer Networks (2003). He received his bachelor’s in computer science in 2001. Currently, he is a researcher and professor. He teaches at the Graduate Program in Management and Regional Development of the Centro Universitário do Sul de Minas - UNIS-MG, Brazil. He has experience in specialization courses such as Software Engineering with Java, Application Development for Mobile Devices, Computer Network Technologies and Management, Cyber-security and Computer Forensics, Master Business Administration in Information Technology Management, and Master Business Administration Information Technology Governance. Currently, he teaches Big Data and Competitive Intelligence and Strategic Management of Information Technology in specialization courses. In distance education undergraduate courses, he teaches the courses of Technology in Systems Analysis and Development, Digital Games, and a bachelor’s in information systems. As a researcher, he is a member of the Research Department of UNIS Group, Brazil, and a member of the Entrepreneurship, Research and Extension Center (NEPE), Integrated Group, Brazil. In 2021, he was a member of the project entitled “Scientific and industrial cooperation between Russia and Latin American countries in the context of global technological transformation” funded by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. In 2022 was a Project Manager of the approved project HeiComp - Erasmus+ Capacity Buildings in Higher Education (CBHE). His main research lines are Organizational Ambidexterity; IT Ambidexterity; Information Technology Governance in small and medium enterprises; IT Adoption; Knowledge Management; Methodologies and Technologies for elearning. As a reviewer, he has been actively acting in Brazilian and international publishers as well as International Conferences.

Rui Alexandre Castanho holds an International Ph.D. on Sustainable Planning in Borderlands. Nowadays, he is a Professor at the WSB University, Poland, and a visitor Professor at the University of Johannesburg, South Africa and Centro Universitário Integrado, Brazil. Besides, he completed a post-doc researcher on the GREAT Project, University of Azores, Ponta Delgada, Portugal. Furthermore, he collaborates with the ECIDES Research Group - University International of La Rioja (UNIR), Spain; VALORIZA - Research Center for the Enhancement of Endogenous Resources, Polytechnic Institute of Portalegre (IPP), Portugal; CITUR - Madeira - Centre for Tourism Research, Development and Innovation, Madeira, Portugal (Vice-coordinator); and AQUAGEO Research Group - University of Campinas (UNICAMP), Brazil. Moreover, he has Graduated in Green Spaces Engineering and Agricultural Engineering and holds a Master's Degree in Planning, Audit, and Control in Urban Green Spaces. He is also the author and/or editor of 20 books, more than a 100 indexed peer review papers, 70 indexed book chapters, 90 conference papers, and made several presentations worldwide academic events as keynote speaker.
